What we collect
Bhopal Unveiled is a travel guide app. We do not require an account to browse places, hotels, history, or itineraries.
For the Ask Raja AI chat, we generate a random anonymous visitor identifier in your browser so we can show your previous conversation when you return. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or device fingerprint.
How chat history is protected
Ask Raja messages are stored in our managed database. The messages table is not publicly readable — it is reachable only through trusted server code that scopes every read and write to your own anonymous visitor identifier.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored by our cloud provider with encryption at rest.
AI and third parties
Ask Raja answers are generated by an AI model accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway. The conversation content you send is shared with the model provider strictly to produce a reply.
We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party advertising inside the app.
Retention and deletion
Chat history persists until you ask us to remove it. Clearing your browser storage will detach this device from past conversations.
To request deletion of stored chat messages tied to your visitor identifier, contact us at the address below.
